Dimethyltryptamine

dimethyltryptamine

DMT is a short acting (from 15 minutes to an hour) psychedelic drug - similar to LSD and sometimes known as the "businessman's lunch" because of the short duration of effect. It is smoked - usually with tobacco - having no effect when eaten. It occurs naturally in seeds of plants found in South America and the West Indies and is also synthesised.
