Paranoia

An extreme and unreasonable feeling that other people do not like you or are out to get you in some way. It can result from mental illness or can be brought on by a range of drugs, in particular stimulant drugs like cocaine, psychedelics, and cannabis. If the paranoid feelings are drug induced they usually wear off when drug use is stopped.
