Reagent tests
profion-ymweithredyddolReagent tests are drug test kits that are used to determine if a substance matches the presumed identity. The drug testing kits work by scraping a pill or a few crumbs of powder and adding various chemicals (called reagents). Depending on the colour the substance turns compared to a chart determines if the substance you brought is what you think it is. They are relatively cheap, legal to buy, and the tests takes only 5 minutes. However, the tests cannot determine all substances, detect all adulterants, or tell you anything about purity.
